When you join the church you become a voting member, able to vote on the annual budget and other items that come before the congregation for consideration. You will be invited to participate fully in the life of the church in as many ways as interest you.
But membership is about much more than voting and serving on committees. It is, more importantly, about creating a covenant with God and with others in the church that the First Congregational Church is now your spiritual home and that you desire to become part of this church family.
